Wholesale Terms and Conditions
- Bake4Lov Ltd fulfil orders 6 days a week, 288 days.
- All of Bake4Lov Limited cakes are 100% Plant-Based which are Vegan-Friendly. The desserts are freezable, it can be kept in the freezer for up to one month or in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity): The minimum order amount is £60 exclude the shipping cost. There is a minimum quantity required when selecting the wholesale standard cakes.
- Placing Orders: Orders can be placed through Bake4Lov Limited website at www.bake4lov.com/shop/wholesale. Bake4Lov Limited request at least 3 to 5 days for your order to be process and delivered to its shipping address.
- Sample Orders: There is no MOQ but discount is not available, email contact@bake4lov.com with the standard cakes that you would like to try. Refund will not be issued for the sample orders.
- Delivery: Free Delivery within 8 miles radius from Oldbury Zone (B69). Any postcode outside of the radius, the delivery charge will apply. Collection option is also available.
- Cancellation fees or retail pricing may apply. We will do our best to accommodate changes within 72 hours.
- Due to the nature of our business and products we sell, items that expire sooner than 3 days from the date of the purchase are not eligible for a refund. For any other items to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the item you have purchased to us within 2 calendar days of the purchase. The item must untouched and in its original condition. Contact our Bake4Lov Ltd team for local pick-up. If our products arrived damaged, rotten or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement regardless of its expiration date.
- If any of the product(s) is missing or incorrect from the order, you must call Bake4Lov Ltd within two hours – Bake4Lov Ltd recommend you contact Bake4Lov Ltd immediately so the issue can be resolved as soon as possible.
